Intentional Leadership Workshops factor in who you are, who you’re leading, where you are now, where you want to go, and what might get in your way while developing your ability to use the Intentional Leadership Process to focus on what you need to do to reach specific goals.

This course is for leaders at all levels, and coaches, whether they are executive, career, or life coaches. Bring your team and learn how to build trust, coach each other, and get results.

Time: Monday, 11 April, 9-16:00; 17-19:00  (dinner included as participants are guided in coaching each other to their Intentional Leadership Priority Focus)

Materials: Personalized Intentional Leadership Priority Focus, copy of Intentional Leadership; Priority Card Deck; Participant Notebook;

Live Workshop Cost: £225; £200 for members of BAPT, other type associations, and Type Academy. Includes lunch, dinner and refreshments.

E-Learning Intentional Leadership Coach Certification (£200) Optional. Coaches who attend the liveworkshop and this module gain access to all of the Intentional Leadership tools, including presentation slides, coaching reports, and online Intentional Leadership Audit. 12 ICF CCE’s for completing all requirements:

  • Attend the full-day course and two webinars: a group webinar for in-depth information on the coaching process AND a 1-1 webinar tailored to fit your needs and how you will be using the Intentional Leadership Process.
  • Complete and submit an Intentional Leadership Priority Focus for yourself and for a client, as well as a description of the process you used to coach the client.

Venue: Missenden Abbey is a comfortable walk from Great Missenden station, on the main line out of London from Marylebone Station. Bed and breakfast at the Abbey can be booked directly for £50 +VAT per night for single occupancy.
