  • Type Deep Dive session: April 21st, 8:30 am-4 pm
    • This is for coaches who don’t have MBTI certification and want to learn more about using the framework for Intentional Leadership
    • It is also for certified coaches looking for solid interpretation and application tools
  • Certification course: April 22nd-23rd, from 8:30 am-4 pm each day

This Certification Workshop includes:  

  • Coursework:
    • The “12 Lenses of Leadership” framework
    • The synthesis of psychological type, emotional intelligence, and polarity thinking to leverage strengths and account for blind spots

Dr. Jane Kise, author of Intentional Leadership and founder of Differentiated Coaching Associates, is an executive coach and organizational consultant. Author of over 20 books, Jane’s clients include NASA, Minneapolis Public Schools, the Bush Foundation, and numerous education and business organizations. draws on 25 years of experience as a speech pathologist to help clients achieve maximum personal potential using brain-based principles and a broad base of individual assessment tools.  Ann is an MBTI Master Practitioner, Intentional Leadership Master Coach; she is also certified to use the MBTI Step III and the EQi 2.0. Course Prerequisites:

  • Certification for a Jungian type instrument (MBTI®, GPTPTM, JTI®, MTI®, etc.) OR Jungian type theory course (in-depth) such as those offered by Linda Berens Institute,Type Academy in England, or TripleT in New Zealand
  • Evidence of coaching experience or training (ICF certification or equivalent experience) or counseling training – contact jane@janekise.com with questions about your qualifications

Certification Requirements:

  • 2-Day attendees can be certified as Intentional Leadership Coaches upon completing the Intentional Leadership Coach process for themselves and with at least one client and submitting the client’s final Priority Checklist
  • Requirements for 12 ICF CCE credits include
    • Workshop attendance
    •  Completion of the Intentional Leadership Coach Certification requirements
    • 1-1 coaching call with an Intentional Leadership Master Coach

Registration Includes Coursework and:

  • A copy of Intentional Leadership by Dr. Jane Kise and the Intentional Leadership Priority Cards
  • Priority Checklist ™ for a personal leadership goal – and two more for clients if submitted within 90 days of completing the course
